S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S -
D - steak and salad
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs...standing at the computer all day and a few leaning push-ups

calcium batches: partial (can't take the tablets...need Vitalady's capsules)
iron: stopped
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending
