Protein shake

1/2 a banana

yogurt and blueberries

grapes

pizza 1 small slice

pasta with chicken

nuts and bolts snack

1/2 an ice cream cone

To sick to eat anything else, horrible gas and stomach ache

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, still really sore feet, legs and back
