D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs

Happy Tuesday, headed out today to the casual job I tried to turn down. lol so two 10 hour night shifts starting tonight, I should be on again on Thursday

Bites:

breakfast sandwich

chicken fingers and fries

yogurt and berries

cereal

Exercites: none- still resting my sore ankle

No cookies either.

Provolone cheese

Slice of chocolate cake

Vits - all in except for the iron in my pocket waiting for bed time.

Exercites
An hour of biking - left me more tired than usual but stiill glad to get it in.

Hah. My nephew is always on about standing at work and advocating for the desks that let you stand or sit. It's 
good that you are at least standing by your desk. Try not to wear a groove in the floor pacing back and forth.  :)

Gina, one of these days I'm going to Trader Joes to buy fish nuggets. Think that's were you get them?

On the road dinner: Burger King bacon whopper. 3/4 of the bun removed. Messy eating

Fluids: 90 oz.
