Happy Tuesday, headed out today to the casual job I tried to turn down. lol so two 10 hour night shifts starting tonight, I should be on again on Thursday

An hour of biking - left me more tired than usual but stiill glad to get it in.
I need an exercise I love that I can do while standing at my desk working. lol
