So I took your advice and I got my micronutrients back. They are:
my total calories for weight lose: 2140
of those:
100 cal/ 25g/ 5% = Carbs
420 cal/ 105g/ 20% = Proteins
1620 cal/ 180g/ 75% = Fats
**Here is the million dollar question????
How do I calculate my DS malabsorption in the above values?
Any Ideas?
