Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g) or maybe 2 (30g)
S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2"
B - egg and bacon
2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - appropriately buttered popcorn
L - 2 bunless beef hot dogs
S - shared some fried with the grandbaby and some banana bread
D - chicken chili
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: stopped
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
chasing after the grandbaby

Hi Gina,   Looks like a good plan to me.  

So far today:

Protein shake
Chobani yogurt
Pepperoni bread (bad, bad, pete...)
Hot ham and cheese sandwich
Salad with turkey

chocolate chip cookies

 

Vits:

3 doses in
2 calcium and an iron batch to go
*All doses in

Exercites:
I've been biking hard the last 3 days. I may take today off but you never know.

* did 90 minutes biking
