Bites: for Friday

Breakfast muffin and potatoes

protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, just finished a night shift and ate some breakfast then slept til supper and had a shake

relaxed then went to bed.

Extremely relaxing Saturday. Played in my craft room. Watched too much TV. Saw the snow fall for hours. Thankful it's all melted
