Do you take Iron Bisglycinate?
Polyssacharide and Carbonyl aren't moving my numbers in the right direction? Does anyone take Iron Bisglycinate (i.e Ferrochel)?
If so, how much do you take?
Thanks!

I had to use a combo of carbonyl and heme iron to get my numbers up. I would take 300mg of carbonyl in the afternoon away from all the things you aren't supposed to mix with iron and then I'd take 1 or 2 Proferrin ES at bedtime. Brought my numbers way up and now I don't take anything but 1 Proferrin at bedtime. It took a little less than a year to bring all my iron markers up near the top of the ranges not just within the ranges.

Thank you for that. I'm only four months out so I guess I'm trying to see if there's a way to do this more cheaply before I go to Proferrin which, of course, I will if I have to.
I've heard Bisglycinate is chelated making it more absorbable and nobody complains about constipation with it. I just can't find what dosages seem to work for people...
