Another beautiful day with family. Unfortunately, with the hectic schedule, I seriously missed 2 protein coffees, and my required fluids. Trying to drink up before bedtime.
Saturday bites:

I haven't been as active lately. I have been doing good with my carbs though - keeping them around 100, plus about 20-25 grams fiber a day.
OH! Some exciting news. I had my hormonal birth control implant removed the other day. Ever since my blood sugar is NORMAL!!! I no longer have to worry about eating a snack every few hours of passing out! I'm so excited. I wonder if its what has been causing issues with my liver enzymes as well - following up on that so tbd.
BITES:
B - Premier Protein
B2 - 1/4 omelet with ham, cheddar, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce, 1/4 piece banana bread soaked in butter
S - triple americano with half and half, 2 chocolate coffee beans
L - 5 hot wings (no breading) a few fries
S - 1/2 cup no sugar added strawberry froyo, 2 small bites old fashioned donut
D - Shirataki tofu noodles with marinara and alfredo mix and ground pork, 1/2 small zucchini with parmesan cheese
S - 5 cups popcorn with butter, 1 serving homemade flourless chocolate cake (6 carbs - 3 net!), homemade whipped cream
VITES: All In
EXERCITES: about 1.2 miles walking, 4 hours working in the yard weeding and removing bluebells.

That's interesting. Who would have thought the hormones would affect blood sugar spikes and drops.
