calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking and stairs at work

OH is really slow this morning,

Bites: for Tuesday

banana

protein shake 2 x

small bowl of cereal and 1/2 of a 1/2 of a bagel - all in the morning, really full

cheezies, grapes, nuts, and diet pop

big mac and fries and drink

tea and 4 cookies

Vites: all in

Exercites: ;none, plan to do something today, every second day this week just to get back at it,

wt has gone up again to 220. 0 this morning so still not doing this right, fitting in the shakes is hard, 2 is to much in the morning and I snack in the afternoon where I need to make a shake so today I will continue with this work in progress. This is the figure this out week for me. And I like the post about the guy wanting to lose 60 more lbs, I think he got lots of good responses. So I am going to look into Akins one more time, I fight every step of the way lol. But I need to get back to exercise and shakes.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
