Hard to believe it's only Tuesday. I'm ready for the week to be over already!

Been doing well sticking to low-carb. One thing I have noticed though is that I am gassy after dairy. I think this was masked in the past with me thinking it was purely from carbs. I did start a pro-biotic and may try some lactaid pills to see if they help. Its hard to stay low carb without dairy!

BITES:

B: Premier protein, coffee with half&half, 1/4 apple muffin, 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

S: Coffee with whole milk, 1/2 serving sea salt vinegar almonds, 1/2 serving cinnamon almonds, coffee with heavy whipped cream

L: Leftover roast (this caused my blood sugar to spike about 25 points, still confused as the broth was low-sugar)

S: 1 package applewood smoked bacon jerky, carbmaster yogurt, string cheese, 1/2 salted fudge and peanut cookie graze box

D: Salad of red romain and kale with chipotle ranch dressing, Tofu shirataki noodles with low sugar marinara and 1 serving shrimp, zucchini with shredded parmesan

S: 1 dark chocolate mint, popcorn with butter

VITES: Missed 2/3 vitamin doses

EXERCITES: Walked about 1.75 miles

I would totally be sunk without dairy. I think probiotics are wonderful, go for it!
