walking and stairs

Happy Monday, I work a day shift today then have tomorrow off, the weekend was good at work, but I look forward to tomorrow

Bites: for Sunday

banana/ coffee

Protein shake with fruit and 1/2 a bagel

greek yogurt

pita with meat and veggies

banana bread slice

pudding

1/2 chocolate bar

banana bread slice

protein shake and cereal

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Didn't do great with food today, I was up at 4:30 am so tired and munchy all day.

Small slice of meatloaf

Few forkfuls of mashed potatoes.
Decaf protein coffee

Fluids: 80+ oz.
