Hi everyone - I'm going to post because I eat a lot more than you guys and one of my main reasons for having a DS procedure (had the SADi in Nov 14) was to be able to eat normal once I reached stabilization. I track everything I eat on MyFitnessPal each day and will adjust if I think I'm gaining more than a moderate amount. Today was about 2.4k calories but it allows me to take less vitamins since I get them from food.

B - 1/2 can Hormel Corned Beef Hash, 2 eggs, 1 cup of orange juice

s- Medium Sweetened Ice Tea from Dunkin Donuts

s - Stawberry sherbert (1 cup)

L Aidells Terriaki Meatballs

s- Small Vanilla Hagen Daz Ice Cream

s - 1 cup whole milk

D - French Onion Soup

D - Mussels in wine sauce

s - Ricotta Cheese Cake Slice

s- Medium Dunkin Donuts Ice Tea

s - A couple of Riesen Candies

Vites:

Morning - Calcium, A,D,E, Centrum

Night - Iron, Centrum

Looks like good Bites and very normal to me. I don't know much of anything about SADi, so I'll just say please watch your labs just in case you have enough malabsorption to cause nutritional problems.
