Happy Thursday, day off for me today and tomorrow then back at it, yesterday was very stressful. not a good feeling day or eating day
Bites:
2 protein shakes with berries
greek yogurt with strawberries
1/2 a hamburger and a few fries, stress, no idea why, just can't eat
orange
donut
banana
that was it for the day, just couldn't eat much,
Vites: missed supper

Not a bad day today. There was even chocolate on the shared table at work and I didn't take any.
BITES:
B: Premier protein, Coffee with half & half, 2 chocolate covered coffee beans, three small pieces of scone
S: 1/4 oatmeal raisin cookie, coffee with 1 oz milk, cheese stick
L: 1/2 Red Robin bacon cheeseburger no bun, steamed broccoli
S: Cinnamon roast almonds, carbmaster yogurt, coffee with heavy cream
D: Few pieces edamame, 1 tempura shrimp most breading removed, 1 tempura zucchini breading removed, chicken/pork/beef teriyaki no sauce, steamed cabbage, lettuce with a little dressing, 1/4 fortune cookie
S: 1/4 granny smith apple with 1TBL natural peanut butter, 1/2 serving pork rinds, 1 serving pistachios, popcorn with butter

EXERCITES: 1.5 miles walking
