Hi Everyone,

Bites: from yesterday

B: protein shake with frozen fruit

    a banana

S: muffin from coffee shop

L: ham and potatoes with corn - leftovers from supper the night before.

S: nuts and cheezies

D: cereal and 1/2 bagel - was going to fit in a protein shake but was not hungry.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Yeah, I'm hearing about snow too. We really need a Metro/subway between our house and work. Getting cold and windy today, bundle up!

Not a bad day today. I've been feeling super gassy all day and all last night. Horrible time sleeping. 

BITES:

B: Premier Protein, 4 chocolate covered coffee beans, Coffee with half & half, About 1/2 protein blueberry muffin

S: very small handful mixed nuts, 2.5 oz pistachios in shell

L: Leftover pork with green curry sauce

S: Pizza Margherita Graze snack, Strawberry carbsmart yogurt, cinnamon almonds, 1 andes mint, string cheese

D: Tofu shirataki with low sugar marinara/alfredo mix, zucchini with roasted parmesan

S: Popcorn with butter
