Happy Monday, day shift for me so happy about that, I will have the evening off, nice treat.
Bites: from Sunday - was not a good food day, ate to much and the scale is up. I am not winning the battle.
B: protein shake and 1/2 bagel

D: ham and potatoes and cream corn

Exercites: none took a day course on safe food handling- struggling to get back into exercise, will try for aquafit tonight, but not sure

Oh my gosh what a weekend! I was so busy busy busy. I got engaged and the wedding is in 4 months! So lots to do in a short period of time. And now its Monday. Back at it.

Coffee with half & half and 2 chocolate covered coffee beans
Few bites leftover chicken fajita omelet, about a 1"x1" square banana bread with butter
Leftover chocolate ganache - yup with breakfast
