Happy Sunday, I'm taking a class for the day today, food safety, so that is one way to spend a day off. 

Bites: for yesterday

2 Protein shakes

small bowl of cereal and 1/2 a bagel

cheezies and diet pop

meatloaf and rice and peas

ice cream cone

couple cookies

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Didn't make it for the road trip to see my grandkids yesterday, there was a storm happening once we hit the highway, so we turned around, so I spent the day relaxing over all and studying.

Good Sunday. Stayed in my jammies. Did our taxes.  Even found a few moments to play in my craft studio. Hubby brought home Girl Scout cookies. Surprisingly I managed great restraint.

Toppings off two very small slices of leftover sausage & black olive pizza
1/2 fried ham steak
Few slices of real bacon

Banana nut muffin - only ate top 1/3
Chicken tender w/ spicy hot mustard

Leftover shrimp - breading removed
2 hush puppies
2 Girl Scout cookies
