Taco salad - ground beef, 1 TBL sour cream, 1 TBL salsa, 1 cup mix butter lettuce & kale, 1/3 cup shredded cheese
Cinnamon roast almonds
Carbmaster yogurt - blackberry
Sour Cream & Onion cashews with Garlic Crostini (Graze box)
1/4 Take 5 candy bar
Teriyaki dinner - no sauce chicken/beef/pork, steamed cabbage, 1 tempura prawn, iceberg lettuce with poppyseed dressing, inside of 1 pot sticker, miso soup, 1/2 fortune cookie
1 Werther's original hard caramel (Blood sugar got to 49) whoops
Popcorn with butter
