Happy Tuesday, 

I am back to working days, for a couple anyway, yesterday and today are days, then Wed is an evening 3-11, then Thursday off, and Friday 3-11. Crazy schedules, thats for sure.

Bites: for yesterday

Protein shake

1/2 a banana

yogurt and berries with 1/2 a bagel

protein shake

apple

couple cookies

cheezies and diet pop

pizza - 1 slice leftovers

2 bowls of cereal in the evening

Vites: all in

Exercites: grocery shopping, so just some walking

Americano with heavy cream and whipping cream on top

2 Hershey Nuggets with Almonds

2 oz each shredded pork and chicken in green curry sauce

Graze popcorn (100 calorie bag)

Carbmaster peach yogurt

1 & 1/4 serving cinnamon roast almonds

String cheese

Beef tacos in cheese shells

1 Dark Mint Frango

Popcorn with butter

Ferrero Rocher
