Well Monday, it is. The weekend went fast and well I worked. I am know on 3 day shifts to that will be a nice treat, shift work has it's moments.
Bites:
2 protein shakes
1/2 a banana
salad, 1/4 piece of sausage, a bit of mac n cheese and a spoon for peas
couple cookies
Vites: missed lunch
Exercites: slept most of the day from being on graveshift, so got nothing done all day
