We went and saw Deadpool at 9am so we had popcorn early. Still debating if I'll have some tonight, but knowing me I probably will. Which makes today a high carb day. Oh well, need them every once in a while to clean things out...
BITES:
Premier protein
Coffee with about 1oz whole milk
left over omelet with ham, cheddar, mushrooms and hollandaise. banana bread with a LOT of butter
Movie popcorn (1/2 large bag) - I think this about the same amount I eat each night
3 hot wings (no breading just fried) and about the equivalent of a child's size mcdonalds fry (only equivalent I can think of)
Americano with half and half and two chocolate covered coffee beans
1 paleo chocolate chip cookie
1/2 batch low-carb pancakes - I am still so amazed these are so GOOD!
Coffee with about 1 oz whole milk
Planned:
Pulled pork with green curry sauce, roasted zucchini with broiled cheese
Popcorn with butter?
2 chocolates

My eyes keep going back to that pulled pork BBQ with green curry sauce. That's a new one on me. I'm used to North Carolina BBQ, so I can't stray away from anything BBQ for long.

Oh yeah, sometimes I do pulled BBQ pork but, this is just essentially pork boiled in a vinegar seasoning mix then the green curry vs bbq sauce. We really like this sauce and have been eating it on beef, pork, and chicken. I love it, and at only 4 carbs - 1 sugar per 1/4 cup i'm sold on it!
