Happy Saturday, just got home from work at 7:30am and doing a record of what I had yesterday:
Bites:
1 protein shake
1/2 greek yogurt with berries and 1/2 a bagel
1 hotdog, spoon of potato salad and some brown beans
cheezies and diet pop
cookies, sister in law made and sent home with hubby and I the other night.
port tenderloin and potatoes, and salad
small ice cream treat
2-3am
orange
sandwich
few jellybeans from coworker
Vites: just taking bedtimes now
Exercites: 30 min cardio work out

So far so good today. We shook things up for breakfast this am and tried a new omelet, it was amazing but think it was too rich as both our tummies were upset (worth it though).
BITES:
Premier protein
Ham, mushroom, and cheddar omelet with asparagus and cheddar hollandaise sauce + few bites banana bread coated in butter
Americano with half & half + 2 chocolate covered coffee beans
Fried chicken breast (lightly floured), sour cream sauce (it had sugar and other stuff added but oh so good), 1/2 coated jo-jo
1 paleo chocolate chip cookie
String cheese stick
1/2 c in shell pistachios
Planned:
Shredded chicken in coconut green curry sauce with roasted vegetable with broiled parmesan
Popcorn with butter
Chocolate
VITES: Scheduled to be all in (1 dose left)
EXERCITES: 1.82 miles walking, 1 hour yard work

Breakfast sure sounds good though. You know, I'd never seen the combo of fried chicken and sour cream until I started posting here.

I was able to eat 1/2 at the restaurant. I got home and melted butter on top of the other half so I could eat it.
