I'm bad at this planning before I eat stuff, I am always needing to go back the next day and change stuff, so I think I will put in todays stuff tomorrow like I use to. It was more real then. I will still make the plan here. So I still will have a plan.

I start my graveyard shift tonight, so I will be adding a 2am meal in anyway, and no idea what it will be yet,

doing a pork tenderloin for supper tonight so may be leftovers

I will report in tomorrow, am

Premier protein

Coffee with half and half + 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

3 coffee's with whole milk

Low carb pancakes

Carbsmart yogurt

Salad made with butter lettuce, topped with 4 slices bacon, 3 eggs, small handful cheese, and caesar dressing

2 paleo chocolate chip cookies (made with almond & coconut flour) 15 carbs

No sugar added strawberry and NY cheesecake frozen yogurt

Ground beef tacos in cheese shells

Red wine

Popcorn with butter

EXERCITES: Just walking around the grocery store
