Hi Everyone, Happy Wed,

Bites:

2 coffee with creamer

1 banana

1 chocolate protein shake with milk and frozen strawberries

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt with a handful of frozen mixed berries and 1/2 a whole wheat bagel with jam

chicken. sweet potato and corn, with a small salad

piece of carrot cake

and a few cheezies and diet pop during scrabble

Vites: just about done

Exercites: got a new exercise video from the library, will try it out tomorrow morning

Premier Protein

Coffee with half & half - 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

Part of a blue berry protein muffin

Cinnamon roast almonds

2 TBL Jiffy Natural Peanut Butter

3 Hershey milk chocolate nuggets with almonds

Leftover sirloin tip with green coconut curry sauce

Carbmaster raspberry yogurt

Brooklyn bites graze box (10 carbs - pretzels, pumpkin seeds, cheese cashews)

Weekly teriyaki dinner: miso soup with edamame, salad with dressing on the side, steamed cabbage, about 5oz chicken/beef/pork no sauce, insides of 1 pot sticker, 1 tempura prawn, 1 tempura vegetable piece, 1/2 fortune cookie

Popcorn with butter

3 Ferrero Rocher
