This is the what happened

Bites:

1/2 banana

3 coffee with creamer- throughout the morning

1/2 denver sandwich and a few fries

pop and cheezies

ice cream treat - small

hamburger helper 1 cup

planning on nachos in a bit

Vites: not finished yet

Exercites: day off today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

When you are post-op for as long as you've been, do your protein and albumin labs stay pretty good without always getting in 90+ grams of protein a day?

Another day. Didn't do too terrible. Kept my carbs in a reasonable level, especially my sugar. My endo says to "avoid" good that causes spikes, not like I've been searching it out. Just adds to the list of food I can't eat :/ bye wine, bye low carb squash

Premier protein

Coffee with half&half, 2 chocolate covere coffee beans

1/8 blueberry muffin

Coffee with whole milk

Carbsmart yogurt

Drained tuna in oil over Boston lettuce and kale with blue cheese dressing and Parmesan cheese 

Tuscan kern pops (graze)

1 cup pistachios (measured in shell) 

5 Hershey kisses pumpkin spice

1.5 Beer Bratwurst with roasted Brussels sprouts and zucchini with cheese

Air popped popcorn with butter

MFP = 2,225 calories, 112g protein, 156g fat, 104 carbs - 19 fiber and 32 sugar

Looks very reasonable for someone who needs their chocolate fix daily. You and Noreen could be twins!  ;)
