What a wonderful Tuesday, things are going well with me.

Plan

Bites: 

S:1 banana

B: protein shake

S:  1/2 cup yogurt with frozen fruit

S: 1/2 a bagel with jam

L: mini pizza with a garden salad

S: iced coffee small

S: 10 jelly beans

S: apple and cheese

D: 2 breakfast sausages with a potato

Vites: still in progress

Exercites: hoping for aquafit after work at 8pm - taking stuff with me, so I have good intentions

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

What a bleepity bleep bleep day. So frustrating and stressful. Anyway, Didn't do too bad eating wise. 

BITES:

Premier protein

Coffee with half and half

Coffee with whole milk and sugar free syrup

1/2 serving sea salt and vinegar almonds

String cheese

Egg salad (4 eggs, 1 1/2 mayo, mustard)

1/4 Cinnamon almonds

Pro Power graze box

String cheese

Popcorn with butter
