My Plan - Happy Monday, yesterday was awesome I feel really good.
Bites:
1 coffee with creamer
1 banana
1 protein shake with frozen fruit
1/2 cup yogurt with mixed berries
specialty ice capp coffee
1/2 meat sandwich and 1/2 bowl of soup with 7 saltines
other 1/2 meat sandwich and 1/2 bowl soup and 14 saltines
7 saltine crackers with a bit of butter on them

Glad to see you had a good day back.
I had a snacky day. Part of the problem is I had too many carbs yesterday, so I craved them all day. Stupid carbs. So I started tracking in myfitnesspal again today just to keep an eye on things. Still haven't ate dinner, or my after dinner popcorn, but i'm looking okay. Not ideal, but okay. Tomorrow i'm in the office so snacking will be less carbs (unless someone brings in chocolate - Man I have a chocolate problem).
Anyway,

1/8 blueberry muffin
Coffee with half&half - 2 chocolate covered coffee beans
Coffee with whole milk
4 egg muffins with no sugar added peanut butter and homemade no sugar added applebutter
1/4 cup in shell pumpkin seeds lightly salted
4 chicken wings - 2 BBQ, 2 HOT, 5 fries with blue cheese
Carbmaster yogurt
Graze kettle corn kern pops
Salt & Pepper Pistachios 1/2 cup measured with shell on
Microwaveable pork rinds, one plate sweet cinnamon
Total of 12 hershey kisses
String Cheese
PLANNED:
Homemade spaghetti saue (no sugar added) with ground beef over shiritaki 'noodles', 2 stuffed mushrooms (cream cheese, parmesan, basil), 1/2 c roasted zucchini with parmesan
About 5 cups popcorn with butter

Totally get it. Just thinking....you know how we crave stuff when we're low on some nutrients? Could you be craving dark chocolate for iron or other nutrients?
