1 protein shake with frozen strawberries
1 small banana
yogurt with mixed frozen fruit
1 protein shake with frozen mixed fruit
spag and meatballs
apple and a few slices of brick cheese
Vites: just started and started a new pill for depression so I will be tracking my mood with that
Exercites: housework today, and 33 min workout on my workout step bench.

Sounds good. I do like lasagna and have been looking for an old recipe that used chicken for the noodles...guessing the recipe may have called for deli sliced roasted chicken breast.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday. I don't do football, but I usually enjoy the commercials.
