Happy Saturday, everyone- suppose to rain here today and the ice is already crazy so lets hope it doesn't happen.

So as I finish off the week with this plan I have gained a pound and I have learnt that as soon as I start to think about getting healthy my mind starts the fight, so I guess this next week since my mind won, I have next week covered in the winning dept. Remember the saying mind over matter, that doesn't work for me. lol But on a good note my counselor really believes she will help me win this battle. So I shall have hope.

Bites: plan

!/2 a banana

protein shake with frozen fruit

muffin

yogurt with fruit

noodle bowl with lots of pork 1/2 a bowl

cheezies and pop

1/2 cup of mixed nuts

nachos homemade

Vites:just about done, bedtime left

Exercites: will be making a new attempt today - still sore but very unusual turn of events yesterday, I felt to shy to go down to the gym in the apt building, which has never been an issue, so maybe hormonal thing, hope it has passed.

Hi Gina, what would a popcorn serving be considered?

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Mine are 1 snack size bag of microwave popcorn. They are 1.75 oz bags. I don't know how much that is in cups or dry measure.

I've seen where I buy it from the store and a serving is 3 cups popped. Typically between 14-18g carbs if I remember correctly.
