S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - steak and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: stopped
evening batch:
heme iron: stopped
EXERCITES:
15 min walks, leaning push-ups, squats and lunges

ok so today I am tracking everything that I eat
Bites:
1/2 banana
3 coffee with creamer throughout the morning
protein shake with a handful of mixed frozen fruit
bite of toast with pb and jam
4 spoons of corn flakes
1 bite homemade bread - made some for hubby
1/2 cup yogurt with mixed frozen fruit - fruit was large chunks
cheezies and diet pop
ham sandwich and 5 slices of brick cheese
1 stick of a kit kat chocolate bar
- this evening ribs and rice and peas - leftovers from supper yesterday
- and I took an orange
- and 1/2 a bag of chips - through a lot of them away
- oh I bought a small bag of jelly beans - ate the small bag
- donut, hubby brought me to work with a coffee
that is part of my day and I will fill in any details that I left out after work at 11pm
Vites: bedtime
Exercites: 1 hour workout

Anyone else try KFC Nashville hot chicken tenders? I didn't like them. I love spicy, but these were too spicy to enjoy. And, the chicken tasted off. Maybe a bad batch?

Thanks for the warning about the KFC chicken, I've been meaning to stop in when I'm near there every week. What's really good? I haven't eaten there in years and all I remember is traditional fried chicken and their coleslaw.

Coffee with heavy cream
Flat iron steak salad (ate all the spinach but left some romaine) blue cheese dressing and apparently their idea of "Bacon" which is nothing compared to mine, but it was good
Carbsmart yogurt
Protein Kick graze snack
Handful of peanuts
2tsp peanut butter
3 sugar free butterscotchs total
3 oz ground beef with homemade marinara and alfredo sauce over shirataki 'noodles' and 1/2 cup cubed and roasted kabocha squash
Air popped popcorn with a liberal amount of butter
5 frango chocolates
1/4 c pumpkin seeds - shell on
1 Hershey kiss

EXERCITES: About 1.75 miles

Looks pretty good! I've been craving popcorn like we used to make it-- on the stove in a big heavy pot.
