BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - 2 eggs and sausage
S - 2+ regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - stir fry chicken w/asparagus and mushrooms
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopped

EXERCITES:
15 min walks, leaning push-ups, squats and lunges

Good day everyone,

Dr appt today that I am looking forward to, hopefully he will have some answers.

Bites: 

Pre-B- protein shake

B: 1/2 bagel and 1/2 cup of yogurt

L; eggs and bacon and slice of toast

S: carmel popcorn

D: bacon and tomato and cheese sandwich

S; donut and tea

Vites: finished

Exercites: nothing

Woke up with a headache and didn't sleep well

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Turkey bacon
Cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 chicken breast, roasted pepper, Swiss cheese sandwich
Few chips
3 chocolates
Greek yogurt
Decaf protein coffee
Beef roast a la crockpot
1/3 potato appropriately buttered
2 more chocolates
Decaf protein r
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100 oz.
