Be careful with those swings in blood sugar. I'm guessing you've tried things like peanut butter crackers instead of the dark chocolate.

Yeah, i'm taking my sugar a lot right now to try and get an understanding of how my body processes the carbs/sugar differently now. I know when I get below 73 I feel dizzy and when I get above 95 I feel drunk. I go in and see my endocrinologist in March, so just tracking for now. I read that the milk is good for bringing my sugar up so I tried some of that last night. It did seem to help.

 I remember Vitalady saying she kept peanut butter crackers in her purse for times her blood sugar would drop or bounce around. Something about the combo of sugars and protein seemed to work for her.
