The plan was close yesterday, most of it was right, so maybe I'm on the right track, struggling with depression a bit again, so big things have happened in the last couple of day. So doing as good as expected. Neither good or bad, so don't worry.

The plan

Bites:

B: protein shake with fruit

B: 12 grain bagel with jam

S: yogurt with berries

S; muffin

L: soup and sandwich

S; nothing

S: cheezies and a game of scrabble after work

D: sausage, perogies and peas

Vites: done

Exercites: nothing, spent the evening at church, so exercised my soul. Very good service

Hugs Susan. I had a rough week with my depression as well. Even though its hard know you will get through it. Sometimes I tell myself "My track record with depression so far is I beat it 100% of the time". May not be today I feel better, or tomorrow, but I will feel better.

It was relaxing until the grandbabies arrived.  Actually, they were very good. Hubby took them out to sled a little and then we stripped them and dried their clothes and socks. lol  They thought it was fun to redress in warm clothes. It's the little things.

Had a fairly good day. Lots of sweets, but we were celebrating. Although, chocolate helps me maintain my blood sugar without excessive upset tummy. Now the froyo caused my blood sugar to spike then plummet, almost to the point we had to go to the ER...

BITES:

Premier Protein

About 1 egg worth of a turkey bacon avocado omelet & a small amount of banana bread (plus LOTS of butter)

String cheese

Tuna on romain/kale with blue cheese dressing and parmesan cheese

1 frango chocolate

String cheese

Homemade raspberry chocolate whipped cream and raspberries (probably 5 total) as I as decorating cake

A few bites of homemade dark chocolate flourless cake with chocolate ganache, and whipped cream from above

Froyo - about 3 oz total mix of cake batter and no sugar added strawberry with cheesecake chunks (Blood sugar jumped to about 150 which my "normal" is around low 80's)

Salmon filet cooked in butter, lemon and garlic, served with zucchini and yellow squash roasted and covered in parmesan cheese

Few sips of red wine

About 3oz milk and 1 chocolate - my blood sugar had dropped to 55 at this point

Popcorn with butter

2 more chocolates

VITES: All in

EXERCITES: Not much, just moved stuff around in the garage and worked around the house
