Turkey bacon

Thai take out - some fantastic hot, spicy shrimp
Steamed dumplings- wrapper removed
Too much Thai iced tea
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 cupcake. I decided it was stale & not worth the carbs
Cheese stick
Sausage McMuffin w/egg 1/2 muffin removed
2/3rd hash brown
3 chocolates
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.

Yeah, was trying to see if losing some yogurt would give me a bit of a boost to lose a little and it seems to work. If I do have any yogurt I'll keep it to 1/2 a cup.
