So I missed yesterday because I had no plan, and today I am off to a city 2 hours away for my tummy tuck info session. So will be eating out. So again no idea.
Bites: for Mon
Protein shake, with 1 cup milk and 1 cup plain yogurt a few frozen berries and powder.
1/2 a small homemade pizza, sausage and cheese - saved 1/2 for hubby.
leftover - chicken strips and rice.
worked the evening shift and was so bloated and sick hubby had to bring me stretch pants, still not great today, thinking maybe the yogurt I do not like plain. Or the pasta from the last couple days on my night shifts but it should have affected me sooner!!

Yes, hubby and I spent 2 hours shoveling yesterday and finally broke out. Hubby shoveled for more than 4 hours Sunday but we had to wait until the plow came down our cul de sac to finish. Basically, we had to dig our way across the cul de sac to meet the single path the plow made. I am so sore this morning. lol
