Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - egg and bacon
2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - tuna salad w/extra mayo or protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - bunless cheese burgers 
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopped

EXERCITES:
snow shoveling etc.

ok I will do as much as I remember - night shifts throw me off.

Sat 2am 

spagetti and meatballs, not a lot 

few chocolates

mixed fruit bowl

greek yogurt and fruit

Sat evening

banana

mini homemade pizza

ice cream

Sun 2am

leftover spag and meatballs

Sun evening

2 protein shakes

chicken strips and rice with beans

ice cream

that is it up to to Sun pm

Vites: still working on

Exercites: nothing, will try tomorrow.

It was fun staying  in my Jammie's all weekend.

Decaf protein coffee
1 slice French toast (big mistake)
2 scrambled eggs
Bacon
Home fries
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 turkey/provolone/ roasted pepper hoagie. Tore off most of the roll
Chips
3 chocolates
Decaf protein coffee
New recipe- chicken cordon blue casserole
Peas
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
