BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts or fresh salsa and nachos
L - tuna salad w/extra mayo or protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - clam chowder
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: stopped
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopped

EXERCITES:
laundry and trudging out to the bird feeders to keep them cleared and filled

You did a much better job than I did. I grazed the day away. We ended up with 30 inches of snow and no telling how high the drifts are from the wind.
