The Plan:

Hi guys,
Preparing for the Blizzard of 2016. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts or fresh salsa and nachos
L - tuna salad w/extra mayo or protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks

EXERCITES:
none

gee Gina your plan looks good, today is a bit different for me, the week didn't go as well as I had hoped but not totally going to beat myself up about it. Pop was the downfall, and some snacking.

I start graveyard shift tonight.

Bites:

B:shake with frozen fruit/ and  1/2 banana

S: nothing

L: leftover spinach salad

S: snack stuff, cheezies, licorice and a few chocolates with diet pop

D: meatloaf, macaroni  and brown beans

Vites: just about done

Exercites: aquafit and walking - did lots of groc shopping

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Maybe getting back on a routine will help. My week hasn't gone as well either. I plan well but my follow through hasn't been great.
