iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks

B: vanilla greek yogurt, no frozen fruit
S: potato patty
L: chicken noodle soup and crackers and a ham sandwich
S; cheezies and diet pop
S: nuts
D: breakfast sausage, fried potato and eggs and slice of toast - ice cream cone
S: hot chocolate and 3 cookies

Exercites: nothing
