BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 
L - tuna salad w/extra mayo
S - 
D - steak and salad
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks

EXERCITES:
none

Here is my plan,

Bites:

PreB: protein shake with frozen fruit

B: vanilla greek yogurt, no frozen fruit

S: potato patty

L: chicken noodle soup and crackers and a ham sandwich

S; cheezies and diet pop

S: nuts

D: breakfast sausage, fried potato and eggs and slice of toast - ice cream cone

S: hot chocolate and 3 cookies

Vites: done

Exercites: nothing

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Deli - ham & Swiss, w/ lettuce & tomatoes
Few chips
Decaf protein coffee
Popcorn
Pop tart
Grapefruit sections
Gordon's fish portions. Tore off 80% of the breading
Green beans
Cheese & sauce only off 1 slice of leftover pizza I found in the refrigerator
Decaf protein coffee
Mini Twix
Vites: all in
Fluids : 90+ oz.
