Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 
L - tuna salad w/extra mayo
S - 
D - beef hotdogs and chili
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch: 
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks

EXERCITES:
none

Gina, I hope whatever the issue is that is passes quickly and that it doesn't turn into something serious. Will be saying a prayer for you.

Happy Tues, day off for me today

Bites:

B; shake no frozen fruit

S:greek yogurt with berries and toasted english muffin

S: one slice of canned ham

L: spinach salad - with nuts and fruit in it

S:shake no frozen fruit and snacked on cheezies

S: 1/2 slice of raspberry coffee cake 

D: 2 fish sticks and a few fries and some beans

Vites: working on

Exercites: 45 min aquafitness class

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Glad to see you ate popcorn day. It is National Popcorn day after all. I celebrated with my nightly bowl (I find if I eat some every night it helps me the next day) :)

lol  I guess it works to do a plan and a follow through. Way to go getting rid of the other 1/2 of that cupcake.
