B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2

L - tuna salad w/extra mayo

D - beef hotdogs and chili
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks
EXERCITES:
none

L: spinach salad - with nuts and fruit in it
S:shake no frozen fruit and snacked on cheezies
S: 1/2 slice of raspberry coffee cake
D: 2 fish sticks and a few fries and some beans

Exercites: 45 min aquafitness class
