B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2

L - tuna salad w/extra mayo

D - chicken stir fry w/asparagus, mushrooms and bamboo shoots
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks
EXERCITES:
none

Gina, glad you are feeling better. Another day off for me, so not sure what my day looks like,
Bites:
B: protein shake - with frozen fruit
S:slice of toast with slice of ham and cooked egg on it
L :ham sandwich
S: pretzels
S: 2 handfuls of peanuts
S: large chocolate rice krispy square and some diet pop
D: english muffin with jam
Vites: done
Exercites: mall walking for about 45 min, boy my legs are sore

Well, I went on vacation and lost 3 pounds because I ate low carb. I was doing everything I could just to maintain.
Has anyone taken Creon before?
Anyway,
BITES:
B - Protein shake, Americano with cream
S - 4 "muffins" (2 eggs and 2oz cream cheese in blender then bake) with no sugar added peanut butter
S - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese (the higher fat version has higher sodium and I live with someone who has to watch their sodium)
S - 2 Cashew Roca's
L - Chicken salad with pesto dressing and a liberal amount of cheese
S - 2 "Muffins" - one with only peanut butter the other with a little bit of jelly
S - 3 Cashew Roca's
S - Coconut black tea latte with whole milk
S - Sweet pork rinds (only 1 carb per serving but helps the sweet tooth a bunch)
Thats what I have had so far. I will probably eat the following before the night is over:
D - Italian sausage with marinara sauce and baked vegetables with broiled cheese
S - CarbSmart yogurt & Popcorn with an ample amount of butter
VITES: 3 doses down, only bedtime dose left
EXERCITES: None

Never have taken Creaon but I've heard of others that lost so much or were malabsorbing nutrients so poorly that they had to take it. Don't know much more than that.
