The Plan:
Hi guys,
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1 oz Farmer's Cheese and 3oz ham
L - 1 cup homemade veggie/beef soup
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - pork chop and mustard greens
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches:
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch:
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks
EXERCITES:
2-15 min walks, 20 leaning push-ups and 20 squats

sorry I missed yesterday with Wed menu, it was nothing special, lol
Happy Friday, very wintery here, this last week we have been getting snow and colder weather, driving is becoming a little tougher with the ice.
Bites:
shake with banana and strawberries
2 pancakes, 2 sausages and an egg - restaurant
cheezies
ice cream
chocolate bar
farmer sausage and perogies, and peas
piece of cake - homemade by me - banana, carrot and raisins
I just wanted to add, it was a bad eating day but I didn't have the pop tart I wanted and the ice cream I wanted. I chose to go to bed instead of continued with the eating. Definitely a tough day, weight is up and I am truly struggling, looking for support, so I just want to thank you Gina and Noreen.
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 min aquasize class, not has hard at Tuesdays, so feeling better this morning

No snow here in DC yet... I found myself going to bed early last night to avoid eating anything else too! We're like peas in a pod.

Vites: left container at home dag nab-it. Only got in 2 batches
