Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1 oz Farmer's Cheese and 3oz ham
L - 1 cup homemade veggie/beef soup
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
D - 3 oz steak
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done (told I need to stop all iron for 2 weeks...ferrittin is a little high)
evening batch: starting
heme iron: stopping for 2 weeks

EXERCITES:
2-15 min walks, 20 leaning push-ups and 20 squats

Happy Monday, busy weekend but really good stuff happened, so pretty happy

Bites:

protein shake

mixed fruit

salad

apple and cheese

pork chop, potatoes and carrots

ice cream

pudding      

Vites: all in

Exercites: back to none again, will try again to get at it this week

Still working on getting in 300 mg of iron daily. Almost there. 

Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Decaf protein coffee
Chef salad w/ butter lettuce, carrots, cheese, chicken, hard boiled egg, oil/vinegar dressing
Few chips
Small scoop of tuna
Decaf protein coffee
1/4 of an apple sliced w/ caramel
T-bone steak
Popcorn
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 Twix bar
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.

Hang in there. I took that much iron for a few years until all the labs were optimal and now they seem they stick pretty well. Just need to figure out how much is enough now. Maybe only 1 Proferrin a day. Wouldn't that be great?
