S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and an English muffin  {sigh}

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

First day back after the holidays wasn't so bad. Too busy to notice if anyone was being a drama queen or knuckle head.

Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Small chef salad w/ blue cheese dressing
Leftover shrimp in a garlic butter sauce
Decaf protein coffee
2 Christmas cookies ( took that plate out of my office and into the kitchen)
3 chocolates
Fried egg
Real thick cut bacon.
1 slice of appropriately buttered rye toast
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: working on bedtime batch now
Fluids: 100 oz.
