Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - egg, bacon and appropriately buttered English muffin
2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) with 1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - clam chowder and Saltines
S - peanuts
D - chef salad and a protein shake (30g)
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
heme iron: done

EXERCITES: 
none

I am so happy to be done work til Thursday, I need a break, thinking about looking for a new job, I may feel better in a few days, but right now I feel frustrated, and I would like my home life to get back in routine, youngest son is being sent home soon - but I will miss him.

Bites:

roast beef, pot and carrots

1/2 piece of cake for dessert

cheezies

graves

peanut butter and jam sandwich

yogurt and berries

a bit of junk food - a few things but the quantity was small

Vites: all in

Exercites: none, slept most of the day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I can definitely understand wanting to get your and hubby's schedules on the same course. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheddar cheese stick
Decaf protein coffee
Longhorn steakhouse w/ hubs-
Small slice of honey wheat bread(asked for extra butter)
House salad w/ blue cheese dressing
Spicy chicken bites
Flat iron steak
Few bites of a fully loaded potato
Egg nog & vanilla protein shake
Small piece of chocolate cake
Few shrimp
Handful of popcorn
Decaf protein coffee
Few cheese crackers
Vites: all in
Fluids: 80 oz????
