Pre-B - protein coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) with 1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
S - buttered flat bread toast
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken tenders
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
housework--scrubbing grout in upstairs bath

Soo Excited and I just can't hide it  - after tonight I have 3 days off. I am still sick but mentally I feel happy happy happy.

Bites:

1 protein shake

2 pieces of pizza- the frozen kind you cook in the oven

grapes

chicken noodles soup and a ham sandwich

2 chocolates

lots of tea

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Tummy hurt all day. Anything that I tried to drink or eat, hurt. Thankfully things seem to be settling down now.

Tuesday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Cheese stick
Lots of hot tea
Small bowl of egg drop soup
Decaf protein coffee
More hot tea
2 slices of Bologna
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: missed a few batches. Just couldn't get my self psyched up to swallow them.
Fluids: 80 - 90 oz.
