L - leftover meat loaf

D - steak w/green beans and corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream w/peanuts
S - bubbly

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES: 
walking and push-ups

lol  You have no idea and it's only going to get worse.  We are soooo security conscience everything gets done very, very slowly.  {sigh}

Dozed off right before midnight. Hubs surprised me with a little kiss at midnight.

Insides of leftover spicy chicken rolls

Protein coffee (wanted the caffeine to stay awake. Yeah, nope, didn't work)

1/2 scrapple & cheese sandwich
