Ok so I have gained some weight over the holiday and it is not over yet, but this crappy eating is for me, this is yesterdays meals that I am posting so tomorrow will look better, because today is the day. Hubby's birthday yesterday to so I made a nice supper, I just didn't realize how fast the weight would come on this last while. Still one son here and I am exhausted from having an extra body in the apt, he sleeps in the livingroom and it feels like there is no privacy here. Anyway Please Pray for me today to get on track.

Bites:

banana

orange

salad

Christmas treats at work

ham, scalloped potatoes, peas 

cherry pie

chocolates

cheezies and diet pop

and coffee and tea and water throughout the day

Exercites: none woke up to a headache and still have it this morning.

Found Feosol. How much to I take? Vita lady's tender iron recommends taking 300 mgs. This Feosol is 28 mgs per pill.

Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Fried ham slices
Decaf protein coffee

Buffalo chicken breast
Green beans
Small pile of mashed potatoes
Scoop of ice cream

Even if you're used to taking 300mg of carbonyl iron/Tender iron, I would start slowly taking only 3 the 1st day and ramp up a little more every 4 days until you're taking near 300mg of polysacharide. I don't think taking a little more heme iron will hurt until you get your shipment of Tender iron and can go back to your routine.
