busy day. First had labs done, then stayed in the kitchen baking cookies.
Friday bites:
Dunkin Donuts after getting labs done.
Egg, double bacon, cheese on a croissant. Threw out 2/3 of the croissant.

Parma ham
Part of an Apple fritter
Protein decaf coffee
Cheese stick
1 oatmeal raisin cookie
Several slices of Lebanon Bologna
Cashews
Sloppy joes w/o the roll
Broccoli
Protein decaf coffee
1 small scoop of ice cream
Vites: missed early morning iron
Fluids: 100+ oz.
