I am increasing my protein shakes I am going to have two in the mornings, it is the only time I really take to have one, so two may help, what do you thing??
I try to aim for 3 protein shakes a day to get 90 protein grams. That's if I'm not grazing on a bunch of protein throughout the day. If I'm working and have little time to eat, it's 4 shakes a day for 120 grams.

Did some Christmas shopping, and got a hair cut & highlignts. Nice day.

Well today and yesterday were moving days. But we are all moved now to unpack!
BITES:
B - Premier protein
B2 - 1/3 of an 3 egg omelet with turkey, bacon, and mushrooms & coffee with half and half and 3 chocolate coffee beans
S - 1/3 cup pecams halves
L - leftover teriyaki with no sauce
S - coffee with half and whole milk a shortbread cookie
D - Rib roast and mashed cauliflower with butter
S - 1.5 gingerbread cookies with 2 homemade caramels
myfitnesspal shows: 1,551 calories: 112g protein; 94g fat; 70g carbs - 7 g fiber - 23g sugar
I Need to eat more.
Vites: missed one calcium dose
Exercites: Moving and unpacking - two days now - I'm sore!

I'm terrible at unpacking. Terrible! Hubby has a system that is amazing and I wish I could duplicate. He's one of those people that can get everything done and leaves no stragglers. I have no idea how he does it.
