Feeling like I overate yesterday but really I think it was all in line, but just need a reality check.
Bites:
1 protein shake
yogurt and berries
supersoft taco and few mexi fries - very full - felt guilty
3 chicken strips (small) and potatoes and cream corn
1 marshmallow santa
1 chocolate at work
Vites: all in
Exercites: none took the night off I am done shopping for now, and finished wrapping what I had that has to go today.
I have a very busy day today, work then a Christmas supper an hour away and then another hour travel after that to see the grandkids and drop off there gifts. I am so happy I have a day off tomorrow.
I still have youngest son home with his stomach hole and infection, another few days of going to the hospital to get medicated intravenously, it has been at least 4-5 so far and I need to have a positive attitude. Stuff just happens and I need to be in support of him.
